• Game Design Services: Game Design Documents (GDD), Game Design Systems, Game Design Mechanics, Game Design Extras, and Game Development 

• Technology Services: IT Consultation, IT Support and Website Development

By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Realm Tech Studio reserves the right to change these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on our website.

• Fees for services will be agreed upon before the commencement of work.

• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified.

• A late fee may apply for overdue payments.

Both parties agree to keep all information confidential and not to disclose any confidential information without prior written consent.

• All intellectual property developed during the provision of services remains the property of Realm Tech Studio until full payment is received.

• Upon payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

• Any pre-existing intellectual property provided by the client for the project remains the client's property

Clients voluntarily provide project, game, or business information to receive accurate quotes and services. Realm Tech Studio ensures this information is used solely for the intended purpose and kept confidential.

Realm Tech Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
